Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site, easyautostyling.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site, You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
Safety Advice
some of our parts have very sharp edges and corners etc, great care should be taken when handling them. We recommend the use of thick gloves when opening the parts to avoid any accidents. We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting from not taking due care.
Damaged or Lost items
please check your goods thoroughly for any damage upon receiving them. No responsibility can be taken for damaged goods after they have been signed for. We need to be notified of damaged goods immediately. Items that have been fitted or re-sprayed by the customer cannot be returned to us.
Payment Terms
Goods purchased are subject to VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% within the European Union. . We also accept Visa MasterCard Switch Amex Solo and Delta . We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all Credit Card Fraud.
Payment Methods
All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, PayPal, and credit cards and debit cards. All personal and companies cheques must wait two weeks for clearance

Easy Autostyling utilizes a secure encrypted system to ensure that your credit card details cannot be obtained by unscrupulous third parties.
Credit Card Fraud
We check every credit card transaction. Fraudulent transactions are reported to the police immediately. We work with the credit card companies and the police to catch and convict fraudsters.
Shipping
We use different methods for delivery, Parcel Force/ Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and other courier services. Depending upon your location and the nature of the item, delivery could be 7-14 working days after clear payment. The delivery price will be calculated by website automatically. Free delivery offers are valid for a limited period and apply only to products where free delivery is specified in the product description. In special circumstances where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified in advance. For Orders to mainland Europe and Rest of world, please email us.
Returns
All returns must be authorized and approved by easyautostyling.com and is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to easyautostyling.com in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to easyautostyling.com In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Products ordered to the customer's specification cannot be returned unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or do not correspond with the description originally provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Easy Autostyling can assume no responsibility for misuse, incorrect fitment or application by the consumer.
Easy Autostyling will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting/removal costs involved.
Pricing
We offer our customers good quality products at best price. We reserve the right however, to change prices and/or specifications without notice.
Shipping Damages
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a credit to be issued. 'Considerable damage' will be determined by easyautostyling.com. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. Call easyautostyling.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Warranty/Liability
All products sold by easyautostyling.com are sold “as is” to the customer. easyautostyling.com does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by easyautostyling.com are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. easyautostyling.com is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. easyautostyling.com will not be responsible for your own actions.
Installation of Body Kits
All Body Kits are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT always be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
Backorders
If product is in stock, it may be shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Most body kits, bumpers, spoilers, bonnets, sideskirts and grill orders take 2 to 3 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 5 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.
